We receive quite a bit of email inquiries and try really really hard to respond in a timely manner.
We generally respond to immediate issues (catering inquiry, customer feedback, wholesale inquiry, reserving our space) within 2-4 days.
Donations, solicitations, job inquiries, or requests to meet for the purpose of trying or reviewing new products usually take at least a week for a response.
We do not take table reservations, but we do take reservations for our 1200 sq ft quiet room for parties, showers, meetings, etc. with or without a professional Barista on hand.
